WGLdiag Diagnostics Software. Used to analyze WGL-formatted boundary-scan test output run on third-party testers. To use WGLdiag, the customer must have licenses for CVF to WGL, ScanExpress Runner, and ScanExpress ADO on the same computer that WGLdiag software resides on.
