Overview of Corelis Analysis Probes
Our Analysis Probes and bus
analyzers are used with a Agilent logic analyzer and provide a
physical and electrical connection between the logic analyzer
and a developers target board or system. Each preprocessor is
supplied with software that is loaded on the logic analyzer and
allows a user to perform state or timing analysis as well as
complete inverse assembly of the processor code. Corelis also
develops custom test products for many different customers using
"state-of-the-art" RISC processors, FPGAs, and high-speed
busses. As a result, based on our design experience, our
preprocessor products are designed to provide you with the
information you need in a format that you as a designer want to
see.
Corelis Analysis Probes are
specialized modules that provide a convenient interface between
the Agilent 16700/1680/1690/16900 family of logic analyzers and a users target system. Each preprocessor
is shipped with configuration software and processor-specific
real-time disassembler. The configuration software sets up the
format specification menu of the logic analyzer for
compatibility with the particular target device. The
disassembler software can display real-time bus activity in
mnemonic form. In addition to the mnemonic disassembly, the
logic analyzer displays all bus activity of a microprocessor
with the relevant status information.
Corelis Analysis Probes are
completely non-intrusive and provide a powerful environment for
debugging of both hardware and software real-time applications.
Many standard Analysis Probes are available, but if your
requirements call for something we do not have, call us and let
us know. We provide custom solutions if needed.

Analysis Probes
Corelis offers a
comprehensive set of Analysis Probes that include support for
many of the most popular RISC processors on the market today. As
designers of products and systems that utilize many different
RISC and CISC processors, we have developed tools that are
practical, useful, and present the information in a format and
manner that you as a designer want to see. The following
processors are supported by Corelis Analysis Probes:

Bus Analyzers for Computer
and Test Busses
Corelis Bus Analysis Probes provide a
mechanical, electrical, and software interface between the bus
and an Agilent logic analyzer. The analysis probes enable the
engineer to view bus activity and provide measurement solutions
for various busses. Click on the links below to go to the
specific bus analyzer page.
