ScanExpress Runner is capable of executing boundary-scan tests and various In-System Programming (ISP) files from third party applications using DLLs or a command line interface. Drivers for the popular National Instruments LabWindows/CVI, LabView, Agilent VEE test environments are provided. A generic command-line based interface is also available for executing ScanExpress Runner Test Step files from any third party application that supports execution of external programs.
