Wireless USB Explorer
300
The Wireless USB Explorer
300 is a protocol analyzer capable of analyzing both
WiMedia’s Ultrawideband and Certified Wireless USB
protocols. It brings many great features to
early prototypes development, wireless communication
optimization and other hardware and software
development tasks. This Wireless USB analyzer
records traffic exchanged over the air between
devices and displays the resulting decoded
information in a convenient way. With the Wireless
USB Explorer 300, improving time-to-market for
Certified Wireless USB devices has never been so
easy! |

Corelis is
well known for its outstanding customer support. Corelis
has a team of hardware and software engineers that are
using these USB analyzers for developing its own USB
based products. This technical background allows us to
provide the highest level of technical support. Your
questions will always be answered regardless if they are
related to our products or their use within your
environment.
Software
The
USB analyzer software allows you to display the packets
sent, decode the descriptors, detect errors in peripherals
or drivers, and measure device and driver performance.
When capturing the packets, the real-time statistical
display permits you to check the bus status, even before
you look at the packets that have been read. These are
displayed in a chronological list together with the
peripheral's address and the endpoint number. A second
window provides details on the selected item.
To make it easier to identify the packets you are
interested in the software provides filtering and packet
color coding functions. It also gives the user the choice
of several levels of detail, and the information taken
from the traffic contains references to the USB
specification.

A USB protocol analyzer
enables engineers to actually see what the data on the
USB bus looks like. Connected between a computer and a
peripheral, the USB analyzer records all data,
electrical states, and control information transmitted
on the USB bus. It affects neither communication or
peripheral behavior. The
USB Tracker 110
supports low speed (1.5 Mbit/s), full speed (12 Mbit/s),
and mixed speed capture.
The USB Explorer 200
supports low speed (1.5 Mbit/s), full speed (12
Mbit/s), high speed (480 Mbit/s), and mixed speed
capture.
The USB Explorer 260
supports low speed (1.5 Mbit/s), full speed (12
Mbit/s), high speed (480 Mbit/s), and mixed speed
capture in addition to USB OTG, Interchip USB (with
flying probe), and is designed for USB 3.0 (5 Gbit/s). |
