The CVXI-629 is a single slot "C" size VXI Revision 1.4 compatible module that provides broad ARINC-629 bus testing and simulation capabilities.


PCI-629 ARINC-629 Tester Card

The ARINC-629 PCI-629 is an intelligent single-slot PCI compatible module designed to provide broad ARINC-629 bus testing capabilities, multiple terminal simulation, and monitoring of ARINC-629 bus traffic and fault insertion and detection. One ARINC-629 channel is provided on-board that can be switched under software control to one of four 629 interfaces at the front panel of the card. The module utilizes a Boeing approved DATAC device for all normal mode data transmission and reception and it supports Periodic, Aperiodic, C mode, Block mode, Alternate, and Independent mode. The card supports 120 terminal simulation and arbitrary traffic generation. The user can connect the PCI-629 card to the ARINC-629 bus and test, simulate, monitor, and insert faults onto the bus at the maximum data rate.

CVXI-629 ARINC-629 Tester Module

The CVXI-629 is a single slot "C" size VXI Revision 1.4 compatible module designed to provide broad ARINC-629 bus testing capabilities, multiple terminal simulation, and monitoring of ARINC-629 bus traffic and fault insertion and detection. Up to four (4) fully independent ARINC-629 channels are provided on a single slot Multiple Device CVXI-629 module that contains four independent VXIbus Message Based devices, one device per ARINC-629 channel. The module utilizes the Boeing approved DATAC device for all normal mode data transmission and reception supporting Periodic, Aperiodic, C mode, Block mode, Alternate, and Independent mode. The card supports 120 terminal simulation and arbitrary traffic generation, on a per channel basis. The user can connect the four CVXI-629 channels to different 629 busses and test, simulate, monitor and insert faults on all busses simultaneously and at the maximum data rates, continuously.
