Runner-Lite: OMAP35x

Runner-Lite for OMAP35x is a free test executive tool for
performing boundary-scan tests, JTAG Embedded Tests (JET), and
in-system device programming on the TI OMAP35x EVM. The
downloadable test procedure works with Rev. D and Rev. G OMAP35x
EVM board revisions. Tests include:

System Requirements
Runner-Lite is a Microsoft
Windows 32-bit application. The PC on which it will be
installed should meet the following minimum requirements:

Microsoft
Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 installed

Pentium III
1GHz processor or higher

512 megabytes
(MB) of RAM

300 MB of
free hard disk space

One of the
following supported JTAG emulators:

Please note that when using
Windows Vista or Windows 7, the User Account Control (UAC) must
be turned off to run tests successfully. UAC can be turned off
through the user accounts feature under the control panel.
Typing UAC in the search box of the control panel will present a
link to disable UAC.
Reference Board Test Procedure
Download
Each Runner-Lite test plan is
custom built for a particular reference design and includes
relevant test steps to perform structural testing, functional
testing, and In-System Programming (ISP). Runner-Lite connects
to the board through its standard JTAG Test Access Port (TAP).
