NVIDIA TEGRA K1 CPU Support
CPU Support Library for ScanExpress JET
NVIDIA® TEGRA® K1 processors combine the power of multi-core GPUs with the versatility of a general purpose processor cores—cores that can be leveraged through the system JTAG port for functional test execution.
ScanExpress JET™ can utilize the ARM® Cortex®-A15 processor cores in NVIDIA TEGRA K1 devices to functionally test, verify, and program SDRAM, NOR Flash, and additional peripherals to ensure interface integrity and peripheral functionality. JET technology provides convenient system hardware verification throughout the entire product life cycle, even before boot and application code is available.
Standard and Custom Tests
CPU Initialization—Test basic communication and functions of the CPU.
SDRAM Test—Execute a full suite of at-speed SDRAM tests to identify hard-to-find faults.
NOR Flash—Test, program, and verify NOR Flash at high speeds using a simple JTAG interface.
Custom Tests—The ScanExpress JET development system includes a powerful scripting language and integrated script debugger; write your own test scripts or load compiled code right from the JET integrated development environment.
