What’s New in ScanExpress 10.4.0

Segmented Boundary-scan Register Support

ScanExpress software has been updated to better support IEEE-1149.1-2013 segmented boundary-scan registers (BSRs). ScanExpress can be configured to include or exclude these segments during boundary-scan test for flexible scan chain configuration.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

ScanExpress version 10.4.0 also includes fixes and improvements across multiple ScanExpress applications. Customers with a current support contract are encouraged to upgrade to the latest versions.
