Bug Fixes and Improvements

ScanExpress version 9.12.0 is a maintenance release with improvements focused on ScanExpress JET, ScanExpress TPG, and ScanExpress Runner. This includes improved IDCODE & USERCODE test reports, FlexNet licensing for ScanExpress Runner Gang Edition, and more. Customers with a current support contract are welcome to upgrade for the latest bug fixes and improvements.

ScanExpress JET CPU Support & Improvements

ScanExpress JET Zynq-7000 now includes additional peripheral tests and advanced memory diagnostics support. Tests for Ethernet loopback, eMMC flash in-system-programming and I2C discovery add additional test coverage, which the new advanced memory diagnostics translate memory test results to pin- and net-level diagnostics.
